Artist Statement
My work is about beauty and fine design in a minimalist manner. Recent quilts are a visual response to my rich interior life of study, reflection and rural life. The practice of yoga often inspires moments in my Quilt Drawings - lines and shapes interacting with each other, the breath pushing them to most subtle of moments both visual and physical. Mother Nature is my muse, a profound teacher in the study of light, color, line, shape and movement.
